It is our goal to create a perfect working marine elevator, safely built and safely operating, for a competitive price.  We identify the following sequence steps to take to come to a successful partnership between customers and ourselves:

The sales process is handled personally by one of the two directors of World Elevator (Mark Engelenburg and Nick Bosch van Rosenthal).

Design, fabrication and shipment is 100% handled by our marine elevator team in Korea.

Project management is key to us! By careful and realistic planning, clear and frequent communication with all stakeholders, our team is capable of bringing the most complex project to a success full ending and satisfied customers.

Installation work is handeld by a mix of Korean and European technicians. Our Koreans colleagues bring ample experience in installing Hyundai marine elevators (over 200 each year) and our European technician not only have ample experience in various other brands of marine elevators, but also understand the European way of working in shipyards. 

Commissioning is performed by an experienced technician frim our Korean offices, assisted by the installation supervisor.

Testing is coordinated by our European installation supervisor.

It is our primary goal to satisfy our customers and we will do anything within our power to guarantee that it happens time after time!

After sales service is taken care of by Mr-Elevator.  Their 24/7 worldwide service network (reachable ánd available) guarantees the highest possible uptime of your elevator.

World Elevator-Hyundai will guarantee against defects caused from faulty workmanship, design and material for a period of twelve (12) months from ship’s delivery.
