The average live cycle of a marine elevator is about 20-25 years. An older elevator will probably still run well, but the owning and operating cost reduces to such a level, that a full modernization is becoming more feasible (especially on cruise vessels, ferries and super yachts).

Depending on the averall condition of the elevator we replaced the following components:

• control panel
• trailing cable
• car door
• ropes
• traction sheeve
• car interior

One thing is for sure: your elevator will be in a perfect running condition again!
